Okley boat captains and brothers Rodolfo and Fernando have spent almost as much time at sea as they have on land. Rodolfo is the younger of the duo but comes with professional tour experience; he worked for Vallarta Adventures leading boat tours and fishing and diving trips for over 10 years.  Fernando has been fishing since he was 5 years old and was diving by the age of 13. The two make a dynamic pair. You'll certainly have a great time if you take a trip, fish, dive, or snorkel with them as your captains!
